Alert for CPU>80%

I am trying to create an alert which notifies me through
net send when CPU rises above 90% of the usage.
I tried to look under performance alerts through
enterprise manager but cant see the CPU options
Any ideasHi
I would set hardware (type) alerts in Performance/System Monitor and not a
SQL Server alert.
