Alert on data Lock

Hi,
Did somebody know if I can set an Email alert in SQL Server when some
connection is block by somebody else?

Not "out of the box", but you could have a job that runs at specified
intervals that looks for blocks...when one is found it could send and email
via xp_sendmail or XPSMTP http://sqldev.net/xp/xpsmtp.htm
